Are there any job openings at Hadfield Pharmacy?
Answer: Please look at our openings and if interested print the application and submit it by mail, fax, or in person to Stevens Healthcare. Additionally, applicants can email the pharmacy at HadfieldRx@StevensHealthcare.org.

What insurance plans do you take? Do you take my insurance?
Answer: Please make a photocopy of your insurance card, front and back, and fax it to Hadfield along with your telephone number. We will research your prescription benefits and give you a call back. We take most insurance plans. A few will not let us into their network (ie, Costco requires their employees to use the Costco Pharmacy).

Do you provide home delivery?
Answer: Yes, Hadfield provides home delivery between 6PM and 9:30PM every weeknight Mon-Fri, and from 2:00 – 6:00PM on Saturdays. We service the area between North Seattle and North Everett, and Edmonds to Woodinville.

Could you prefill insulin syringes for my mother whose eye-site is failing?
Answer: Yes, we prefill insulin and other syringes for $1.00 per syringe.
